3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use Glowinary. By using the platform, you confirm that you are 16 or older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to use our services. Users under 18 booking paid services should have the involvement or consent of a parent or guardian where required by local law.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your account details updated
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use

5. Professional Responsibilities

Professionals agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses and certifications where required

• Keep services, pricing, and availability accurate
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Arrive on time for appointments
• Respect cancellation policies
• Pay for services as agreed
• Treat professionals respectfully

7. Payments and Fees

Glowinary charges professionals a subscription fee to access the platform. Glowinary does not take commission on service transactions.

Payments for services are processed through third-party providers and are paid directly to professionals. Glowinary does not hold client funds.

8. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Each professional sets their own cancellation and no-show policy. Clients are responsible for reviewing these policies before booking. Glowinary is not responsible for missed appointments or related disputes.

9. Platform Role

Glowinary acts solely as a technology platform connecting clients and independent professionals. We do not provide services, employ professionals, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services.

10. Independent Professionals

All professionals on Glowinary operate independently and are solely responsible for their services, pricing, and legal compliance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Glowinary, including branding, design, and software, is owned by Glowinary or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Glowinary a license to use it for platform operations.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate any laws
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Post harmful or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass platform systems
• Use automated access tools
• Impersonate others

13. Limitation of Liability

Glowinary is not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowinary shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform, without prior notice.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
