At Glowinary, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform.

Precise Location (only if you allow it)

Search with Glow can ask permission to use your device's precise location, purely to work out which town or city you're in so we can suggest professionals near you. Your coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap once to convert them into a place name — we keep only that place name (for example “Mayfair, London”), never your exact coordinates. You can decline and simply type your area instead; everything still works. We never track your location in the background.

4. AI Features and AI Providers

Glowinary includes AI assistants — Glow (wellness guidance for clients), Growth (business advice for professionals), and Search with Glow (helping you discover professionals). To answer you accurately, these features send relevant parts of your account information to trusted AI providers.

What may be sent

The messages you type into an AI chat
Relevant account context, such as your upcoming or past bookings, services and pricing, opening hours, and Trust Score
Your first name and business name, so replies feel personal

Who processes it, and how it is limited

AI requests are processed by Anthropic (Claude) and, as a fallback, OpenAI (GPT). These providers act as our processors: they use your data only to generate the response we request. Your data is not used to train their AI models, and it is not sold or used for advertising.

We never send payment card details to AI providers. AI features are optional — if you don't open an AI chat, nothing is sent. AI guidance is for information only and is not medical, legal, or financial advice.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption and access controls. While we strive to protect your data, no internet system is completely secure.
