Why we cannot take a cut
It is not a policy, it is how the money moves. A client’s deposit is taken on your own SumUp account, connected once. It never passes through Glowinary, so there is no balance of ours to deduct from and no payout of ours to wait for. The money is in your bank the next day by 7am, including weekends. The balance you take in person, as you always have.
What you pay, and that is all
A monthly subscription and nothing else. Plans are £9 a month for a single page, £39 for one professional, £145 for 2 to 5 professionals, £270 for 5 to 10 professionals and £375 for 10 to 15+ professionals. That is Glowinary’s only revenue, which is exactly why there is no reason for us to want a slice of your bookings.

Does Glowinary really take no commission?
Yes. There is no commission and no per-booking fee on any plan, including the free one. Glowinary’s only revenue is the monthly subscription.
Then how does Glowinary make money?
The monthly subscription, and nothing else. That is the whole business model, which is why there is no incentive to take a slice of your bookings.
Where does a client’s deposit actually go?
Onto your own SumUp account, which you connect once. The money never passes through Glowinary, so there is no balance of ours, no payout schedule of ours, and no wait caused by us. It reaches your bank the next day by 7am, weekends included.
Are there card processing fees?
SumUp charges you their own normal rate on your own account, exactly as they already do on your card reader. That is between you and SumUp. Glowinary takes no part of it and adds nothing to it.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, for a month, with 10 bookings, 30 AI prompts and 10 Studio templates. After that you choose a plan. Clients use Glowinary free, always.
What happens to my clients if I leave?
They are your clients. Your bookings, photos and messages stay yours, and cancelling stops the next payment rather than cutting your access short — you keep the month you have paid for.
