A professional in this industry spends the day with their hands busy. The work happens in front of a person, in a chair, and it cannot be paused to answer a message, chase a deposit or find out who is coming at four. Everything that is not the treatment gets done late at night, on a phone, and it is the part nobody trained for.

That is the part we build. The diary, the reminder that stops a no show, the deposit that means the chair is not empty, the client who books again without being asked, and the post that brings the next one in.

Zero commission. Not a reduced rate, not a rate that rises with the price of a treatment, and nothing taken quietly at the point of payment. On every plan, on every booking, one hundred per cent of what a client pays for a service belongs to the person who did it.

A client’s deposit is taken on the professional’s own payment account and settles into their own bank, next day by seven in the morning, weekends included. The money never passes through Glowinary, which is what lets us say zero commission and mean it literally rather than as a figure of speech.

What we charge for is the software, and it is one subscription: £9 a month for a single page, £39 for one professional, £145 for 2 to 5 professionals, £270 for 5 to 10 professionals and £375 for 10 to 15+ professionals. There is a free plan to start on, and the ladder asks one question, which is how many of you there are.

Professionals can join from 38 countries. The list is exactly the set of places where a client deposit can be taken on the professional’s own account, and it widens the day a second payment provider is added.

Beauty and wellness are local. A client sits in front of the person doing the work, so client and professional share a town, never mind a country. Somebody joining where no deposit can be taken would get the no show problem the deposit exists to solve, with no route out of it.

Glow is the intelligence inside the app, and it is two different things depending on who is asking. For a client it is preparation and aftercare, what to expect, what to say to the person doing the treatment, and a way to find a professional near them. For a professional it is their own business read from their own numbers: who has not been in since spring, which service earns most per hour, what to charge, what to post and when.

It recommends. It never instructs. A professional runs their own business and a client owns their own body.

A professional should not need Photoshop, Canva or CapCut to show their own work. Studio is a library of finished designs a professional fills with their own photographs and clips: choose one, drop the work in, edit the words, download, post.

Everything renders in the browser, on the device in their hand, which is why it is included rather than metered. Nothing a professional uploads to Studio is stored by us. The files never leave the device.

Every professional carries a Trust Score built from how they actually work: turning up, answering, keeping the appointments they accept. It is not a star rating a stranger can damage in a bad mood, and it cannot be bought.

A professional’s street address and precise location are never published. Their town is, because that is how a client finds them.
